Once again we report the passing of a former classmate, Donna Burras Gann. Please keep her family and friends in your thoughts during this time period of

Donna Burras Gann went to be with her Lord and Savior in the early hours of January 5, 2010. She endured a little over a year's battle with breast cancer.
Donna was an inspiration in her work with the youth at Oak Cliff Presbyterian Church as well as in working with the Oak Cliff Great Banquet Community. Her
accomplishments also included her work with the Canterbury Episcopal School in DeSoto, Texas. The school has set up two memorials in her honor; one as a Donna
Gann Scholarship Fund and the Donna Gann Volley 4A Cure, which will raise funds and awareness for the early detection of breast cancer. Donna was born on July
17, 1961 in Dallas, TX. She attended Kimball High School, Southwest Texas in San Marcos (now Texas State University) and Dallas Baptist College. She was a
lifetime member of Oak Cliff Presbyterian Church in Dallas. She survived by husband of 24 years James Gann; daughters, Shannon Rose Gann and Jamie Grace Gann
of Red Oak; parents, Donald Gene and Byrdie Burras of Dallas; brother, Joe Burras of Ft. Worth and mother-in-law, Judy Evens of Waxahachie. She has many other
relatives, friends and co-workers that will remember her forever. Donna donated her body to science to UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas,. Her memorial
service will be held at Oak Cliff Presbyterian Church, 6000 South Hampton Road at 11.00 am Saturday, January 9, 2010 with a reception after the service.
